More like they bought a Model T Ford, and didn't like the build quality.

So they reckon that isn't improved in the new models compared to other manufacturers. Especially if they didn't trust the management behind the company.

Which is a fair opinion to have.

Just because it improved doesn't mean it improved in the areas you had problems with.
