Man, I guess I can imagine someone liking "I FEEL ASLEEP!!!" Metal Gear back when there was nothing better for the western market, but I still think that game sucked ass. The original MSX2 version of the game holds up and is fun today, but if the NES port was the "real" game I don't think it would have got a sequel. It might have been fascinating (if you didn't know about the REAL one) but I genuinely don't think it was fun.
