Idk if I'll be able to be ready. Taking all of this week off, have been told to that the stuff I was already doing is the right approach to try mitigate this.
Next week I'll try doing some short runs, I figure even if I'm limited to like 15 minute runs anything will slow deconditioning and I'm very much of the opinion that healing happens best with gentle activity.
I really hope I'm going to be back to it fast, I mean look at that course. a 2 km long hill is hilarious!
