Yeah but that's not the issue apparently.

Everyone assumed Jobst was being sued for claiming Mitchell was a cheater. Turns out it was because he claimed Mitchell had driven another YouTube to suicide.

We've been taken for a ride and Jobst had been purposely avoiding taking about what the lawsuit was actually about.
