More like, “I should do all the things I planned to do with my hobbies”, but instead I’m too tired and lazy and just lounge all day.
How about:
"Wow, I'm exhausted. Instead of tackling my list whole I'll just do a small thing each time i get up"
Even if the small thing is just carrying a mug to the sink it's still progress!
I do this to myself often.
