Damn.... this explains a lot... I even remember how good I felt when cutting sugar and knowing that its an issue.

But either I reremember and will forget to repeat the mistake, or got added good knowledge to help understand how my concentration works (which fluctuates between depressed and tired the entire day, medium good and then I have days where I literally had fun and could easily understand a hard topic at learning for the University)
