Cop pulls you over on a bicycle:
"Drivers License and registration please"
"I don't need those, I'm not driving this bicycle, I'm travelling on it officer. Private conveyance. I don't contract with DMV."

Why didn't the cop shoot them? Did this conversation happen in Europe?
I'm more confused as to why my upvote took 4 seconds to do the thing instead of the usual instantaneous. Is it because the US has become a fascist dictatorship without the populace noticing?
