Kommentar unterm Artikel sagt eigentlich schon alles:

Leider kein Wort darüber, dass die angeblich hohen Kosten eine vorgeschobener Einwand sind um in der Gastronomie Schwarzgeld zu generieren.

Beim Bäcker wahrscheinlich eher nicht, aber überall da wo häufig Trinkgeld gegeben wird.
