Get a sleep study done if you’re going to sleep early and still waking up tired. Oooor change your bedtime habits, look up CBT for sleep

I really hate to be that guy but I went from 10.5 to 8.5 hours average by regularly exercising. Hard to begin with since usually the issue is not enough time or being too tired but it is worth it. Took about 3 months or dailyish activity

5 hours of sleep is not good long term

Forgot to add what I went to. It was 10.5 to 8.5 not 10 to 5
