Please move US Americans to their own fediverse servers, please! The constant political spam is annoying af. I keep blocking them but every day there are new ones posting.
p.s. [email protected] seems to be safe, no amerians. And is somewhat active.
But shows you how a continent of at least 500mil pop, produces one half-functioning community, while NA with their 300 something mil, get a "fediverse". (they're so cute thinking it's fediverse, while it's all just US politics and only of a certain subset of their political "spectrum", lol)

Lemmy.world, lemm.ee and feddit.org are Europe-based.
Out of the top 10 most active Lemmy instances (https://fedidb.org/software/lemmy, filtered by MAU), there is only one US-based instance, and it's hexbear.
In the top 20, you have discuss.tchncs.de, lemmy.zip, sopuli.xyz
In fact, the only generalist US instance is https://discuss.online/, and is only in the top 40.
It's called the federal universe because we're all feds.
