I know it’s a broad question, but I currently have T-Mobile and the price is alright but I have an iPhone 11 and looking to get a 16 Pro Max for myself and a 16 Pro. But, T-Mobile has mentioned it will mean an increase in my plan from $89 a month, for my current 2 iPhone 11’s and 2 Apple watches, to $180 monthly for 5G.

But, I’m getting older, so less deal savvy, not to mention aware of all the current cellphone carriers or what’s a deal these days… I would appreciate if anyone here could share their thoughts or recommendations on the matter. Seeing in the past, theres a large pool of wisdom hidden in here. TIA.

We are with T-Mobile because we are still getting the same price for years, and the service is good where we live. We buy phones outside of the plan, and they either can be activated as is or sometimes they have to send a sim card.

The increase they predict for you is the payment for the devices, yes? Not the plan cost? Additional $90 a month for how long?

You could be right and it includes a phone cost, it would make sense. But they likely want more payment plans, despite wanting to pay mine off ASAP.
