Today i Continue Uncharted 4. I Believe i am halfway done (having just got to chapter 11). Pixelfed has been making it easier to share more screenshots, so i have a few more for everybody!
Today's main screenshot i took at the foot of the tower at the end. I'm a bit disappointed i didn't get to climb it, but oh well.
This here is a Waterfall i took a screenshot of right before driving through it. Something about Waterfalls with caves behind it i love in games (Vent/Crawling sections too which this game has had a few of)
This here was the cave behind the Waterfall. I like how dark and damp it is back there. On my way out i enjoyed ramping out i did it a whole second time
I found a Lemur to go with my Rat from yesterday. I remember from my first play through in the next chapter there's a lemur you get to play with too. (I think there's an achievement for it as well)
I got the car stuck here. I wanted to go back and clip it because Sam was telling a joke right before i got unstuck and we fell into the ravine, but my Steam UI locked up for some reason and by the time i was able to get it back my recording was already overwritten
This was i just thought was funny because it's Nate on a Crate
Here's a pretty Landscape shot i took of the end of the Chapter. I angled it up again like with the statues from last time to give it a bit more of a foreboding vibe.
Finally here's the city at the start of the next chapter. this is probably one of the chapters i remember most from last time (along with the last chapter, and the Scotland Chapter)
Are you enjoying this game? Do you think it is as good as the reviews?
Personally, I didn't like the story or the gameplay that much, especially when compared to Uncharted 3, or even 1 and 2. The puzzles were so easy, and the game felt so repetitive. I would say more, but I do not wish to spoil it for you.
It's a good game, just not as good as the ratings, in my opinion.
I enjoy it a lot. I appreciate it's more grounded tone for the final entry. If it wasn't the final and jumped back too the far more fictional elements of the last 3 for the next i think i'd have a bit more of a problem with it. My lack of criticism probably stems from the fact there was basically a 6 year gap between when i played 1-3 and then 4 last year, so 4 is a lot more fresh in my memory then the first 3.
