So...she has the ability to deflect typhoons? I feel like if there was an actual person with this ability, they would used by the government and/or insurance agencies to avoid the loss of life and billions in property damage that result from big storms. I do like how casual Ruri's mom is about it all though. Like, yeah of course you could, didn't I mention that?
