It's the reason Musk bought it in the first place, the Saudis couldn't buy the conversation to kill it, so they found a patsy who would. The value that Twitter, has, and will lose, the eventual bankruptcy of the corporation, the 40 Billion mean nothing to either Musk or the Saudis, a pittance, not even worth considering.
Or that's what the saudis want and Musk is just the useful idiot. Maybe he just wanted twitter and was willing to take the funding from whoever was offering it.
