Is torservices safe to use? Last update was 2.5 years ago. Why not just use Orbot?

Anyway, it's hard to get exact numbers but probably about 20% of websites use Cloudflare. If that privacy browser you refer to is Firefox, then you can't read their blog, because Cloudflare.

It's way more than 20%. Good luck avoiding them. You may as well drive a car without ever using a road.
