From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Linux is a family of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, an operating system kernel first released on September 17, 1991 by Linus Torvalds. Linux is typically packaged in a Linux distribution (or distro for short).
Distributions include the Linux kernel and supporting system software and libraries, many of which are provided by the GNU Project. Many Linux distributions use the word "Linux" in their name, but the Free Software Foundation uses the name GNU/Linux to emphasize the importance of GNU software, causing some controversy.

I know the Linux community doesn't want to know, but Firefox is not as belowed as you might think.
But the majority of distros provides it as a default choice. FF for Linux is like Edge for Windows.
So just to install chrome?
Edit: I got down voted for saying people use edge for downloading Chrome. A lot of edge lovers here, who would have known?
Ew
"Fastest Browser to spam your brain with Ads!"
I guess many here don't particularly like Chrome, just like they don't like Edge.
I.e. using a browser that spies on you to download another browser that spies on you doesn't seem like a great deal to me.
Both being based on Chromium there isn't even any performance difference between them. Insert "they are the same picture"-meme.
It was a joke...
Geez. Linux community is extremely uptight and extremely triggered by any challenge, even whimsical. Relax guys. But seriously, Firefox kind of sucks.
I got the first part about Chrome as a joke, but after I read the edit I wasn't sure anymore.
Why do you think that? I'm happy with Firefox. It let's me customize the tabs bar through
userConfig.css
to exclusively use tree style tabs and supports uBlock. That's all I really need from a browser, but, sadly, all other browser only support basic vertical tabs. They are just trolling

I know, because most people are lazy, ignorant and stupid. :)
Or they just have differente priorities and preferences, you know. THe same reason they use Linux instead of $SOMEOTHEROS.
