I'm already all caught up on the frieren manga, so I'll probably just keep reading the manga rather than watch the anime, but I agree it's excellent.
I haven't heard of most of the rest of these though.
The adaptation is fantastic btw. I'm reading the manga as well and the show has really elevated the story in my opinion. Parts in the manga that had me thinking, "huh, that's a bit depressing" had me actually fighting back tears in the anime.
