There doesn't need to be any coordinartion, since the ideology comes from the top. Their job is to stop brown and black refugees, so white supremacy is not only a personal ideology but a job requirement.

What top? The EU has been wholly committed to taking in migrants at the highest level, how is it that the opposite sentiment trickles down?
