For emphasis, it's a common practice in online text communication.
My university English professor would literally shit herself to see that.
Does she have IBS otherwise that would be a stupid reason to shit yourself.
No she doesn’t.
She just had a healthy respect for the English language.
Yes because she had IBS and she shit herself a couple times that year.
Wow, I’d hate to see your unedited original comment.
Anyways we’re done here, have a nice day.
Oh lord. Better not show her then.
She has IBS so she shit herself a couple times throughout the year.
I'd think at university you'd learn the difference between formal and informal communication, but I've learned a lot about the quality of the education system after teaching a few years.
Capitalizing words like that makes it look like you write YouTube video titles.
It isn’t informal communication it’s a travesty.
and what the hell's with that capital T in the middle of youTube?
Don’t even get me started about McDonald’s.
Every time I eat there it’s like I have IBS.
I blame society
I see what you did there.
It was very clever.
How’s that working out for you, being clever?
Some days
some days
you?
Drugs help, but meth and fent only get you so far in life.
I was going to say don't knock it til you've tried it, but meth and fent oof. If you're being serious, sorry you're going through a rough patch. Getting off fent was crazy hard.
It’s not a rough patch, but thanks for your concern.
Impressive going from junkie to teacher!
It’s also been used for hundreds of years, it’s not a post-internet concept.
It might be a youtube title, or it might be quoted Greek or Latin text. Or various other uses in between.
