Indeed, I don't mean to downplay this day! Just to point out that I am hopeful that she can do some great work unhindered by US hostilities. Social Democracy in the Global South is fundamentally not based on Imperialism like in the Global North, I absolutely agree.

Ya for sure! Its exciting times, her election is not something that could've happened even in the 1990s.
