Stinkhorn of some kind for sure. You can tell by the texture of the stalk as well as the stench of rot. Their spores are spread by flies that land on their goop

That definitely looks like it! Looked up some Google images and one looks exactly like it on the stalk and the head. Amazing, thank you!
