Within secret scientific research groups, SOPs are established guidelines or instructions for carrying out routine operations to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with regulations. These SOPs help maintain integrity, confidentiality, and efficiency within the research group.

You're over here asking GPT about "secret scientific research groups" but wanna point out that it's an English acronym? You could've asked Encyclopedia Britannica instead and gotten the right answer.
