Back on topic, Haken love some goofy stuff, and there's always primus, who do very little serious (but it's been a few decades, I'm out of date! I loved too many puppies )
Igorrr is always a scream, very noise would be a great example.
I fell like hip-hop often is irreverent or silly, and I'm not thinking of just satirical acts like Goldie lookin chain (although they are classic ), but the herbaliser were regularly entertaining, often more than just samples
Mos def wrote some absolute bangers (under a few names), here's a great example where it's been mashed up with Marvin gaye and absolutely bounces along
For something a bit dancier, Marmaduke duke were often a giggle
