I like to double down and do the healthy thing: get up at 5:30 and go to the gym.

You won't stop breathing completely, you'll just stop breathing enough to wake up and resume breathing

TIL, I may do a sleep study in the near future, I sleep like shit these days (injury + sleep disorder, may also be apnea).
