I remind to us westerners that iOS in China is now crippled, as the government forced Apple to delist from the app store every single app that's not explicitly approved by the party. So you can only install tencent, Alibaba, bytedance, pinduoduo apps and maybe some other Chinese ad-filled game

This said, I saw many Chinese using those "third party app stores" on iOS that are abusing fake/stolen enterprise dev certificates from Apple. But that's a cat vs mouse game as those are often revoked
