Everything is political. For example, Maude Flanders was killed off in the Simpsons because of a pay dispute between the voice actor and the studio.

Oh wow, a Simpsons fact I didn't know, yet! Thanks. All I knew was that Maude died in the season where the writing started to suck.

This. It's like asking someone what they'd do in the trolley problem and their response is "oh I'm not political! So I wouldn't pull the lever therefore completely removing myself from the equation!" Yeah, about that...
