Recently had my first bad customer service experience with Amazon, now this. Well, I guess it’s time to not renew Prime after having been a Prime customer since it existed in Germany (~2007).

Yeah I got rid of it a few months ago (UK). They no longer guarantee same day or even next day delivery (stuff seems to just arrive whenever). Since I cancelled Prime I've placed a couple of Amazon orders and they just didn't arrive. It was really hard to complain as well, the page was buried down a rabbit hole of links. I've decided to stop using them completely now, the quality of stuff on there is terrible.
