Criticising Israel is not inherently antisemitic, they do not represent Jews as a whole.
So why are people so interested in Israel then? What makes it more interesting to everyone than every other country that's committed atrocities?
Probably because of the amount of money they receive. If I understand correctly, they're set to receive billions of dollars a year through 2028 because of a commitment made by Obama. The US military has its hands in everything and spends money anywhere, buy I think it's always been disproportionately generous with Israel, and in spite of war crimes it's committed.
That is a very good question. You'll note that they never have anything bad to say about Russia, for example, despite them doing far worse to their neighbours.
