This is an old greentext from before the "AI boom" so it's almost certainly not written by an AI. It switches from girlfriend to wife because the story is fake.

I hate that "written by AI" is the go-to accusation nowadays, and it's mostly made by people who can't tell the difference.

Humans can make up stories too, you know.

Yeah, it indicates that the story is fake and written by a human. AI would do better, lol.
