Take away all limitations on capitalism and it wants to become feudalism, just with managers and CEO's instead of lords and kings.

You might be on to something. That's actually a good idea. Maybe a slight tweak: feudal capitalism. It is capitalism, but expressed in feudal terms of territories and hierarchy.
