My answer is yes. There's a catch though.

  1. I need a stable supply and logistics chain in case almost all of all of Southeast Asia, and especially the west (looking at you, Indonesia, Japan, ROC, Australia and USA) decides to sanction it. I'm gonna trade with Iran, Syria, Somalia, Turkiye, South Sudan, Occupied Palestine, and Libya of all places if I have to. On the bright side, those countries will have somewhat of an advantage due to so many Fils speaking English which can bridge the language barrier.

  2. At most, 30 nukes and 15 nuclear missiles are acceptable. Any higher and only Cabinet can raise the limit (which can be vetoed). We don't need a large nuclear arsenal, even a small nuclear arsenal is enough to deter Indonesia, Australia, etc from invading. And only the president can approve nuclear strikes like in the US.

December 10 is the anniversary of the signing of The Treaty of Paris in 1898. This formally ended the Spanish-American War, which had been ongoing for 6 months.

The treaty transferred control of Guam, Puerto Rico, and The Philippines from Spain to the US. It was not possible to annex Cuba in the treaty, as the war was partially justified by seeking "Cuban Freedom". However, the US would place troops there, and the following century would see much meddling in Cuba's affairs in an effort to bring it to heel. The additions of the Spanish colonies marked the first of the US conquests outside of North America. The US regime now had a significant foothold on the Pacific, which they could use to further their ambitions.

Manifest Destiny had now expanded its scope, and more colonies were added in the next decades. Eventually Cuba and the Philippines would slip away, and the US regime would move away from direct colonial administration. They've laid claim to the entirety of the Americas. Today, the US has over 800 military bases outside of its borders stretching over the globe. They dictate terms to the world, and the list of their interventions is extremely long for those who challenge their authority.

Starting on April 11 and scheduled to last until April 28, the largest ever military exercise is underway in the South China Sea. These confrontational “war games” are called Balikatan, meaning “shoulder-to-shoulder.” Annual exercises have been the cornerstone of Philippine-U.S. military relations, since a mass movement demanded and won the closure of U.S. bases in the Philippines. They are a way to continue U.S. [neo]imperialist penetration of the Philippine military.

I think I'm starting to align to Juche now so I'm not sure if PKP-1930 accepts Juche

Baybayin is an ancient writing script in the Philippines. In fact, Baybayin is used in this community's name.

Consonants are as follows:

Bb, Kk, Dd/Rr, Gg, Hh, Ll, Mm, Nn, Ngng ^[1]^, Pp, Ss, Tt, Ww, and Yy.

The other letters in the Philippine Latin alphabet (see fig 1): Cc, Ff, Jj, and especially Qq, Xx, Zz are rarely used when speaking Tagalog or any Filipino language because all words there are written phonetically regardless if Baybayin or Roman ^2^. That said the modern Baybayin made by the University of the Philippines (see Fig 2), may address the loanword question.

Fig 1. The Philippines' Latin Alphabet

Fig 2. UP's new Latin alphabet.

Notes:

^1:^ "Ngng" counts as as a separate letter in the Philippines due to words like "nguya" (to chew/eat);

^2:^ The exception to this rule can be seen when writing in Roman, where all loanwords are spelled and pronounced in the exact same way from the language it borrows from.

It seems I'm the only person I know who is a communist Filipino Youtuber and I feel a bit isolated.
