You know who's reaaaaally pissed about this? The Australians. They fucked the French over by surprise-canceling their order for custom designed diesel submarines, and now the US Navy gets first dibs on the output of the struggling Virginia-class submarine manufacturers so Australia isn't sure they'll get anything at all.
