The UFC reportedly wanted Khamzat Chimaev to headline UFC 300. However, he is unable to enter the US due to his connections with warlord Ramzan Kadyrov.

Yeah that's a weird situation. Maybe it'll just end up that Khamzat fights whenever UFC goes to the UAE.
