Take meetings while on the toilet. Use a mic to reduce echos. Use apps to put your cubicle or your home office as your background.
You're not my real mom, you can't stop me from crying every morning and most evenings even if it is the weekend!
I won't cry in front of you because
honestly though that's what i keep telling my co-workers especially if they struggle on a thursday or friday and say things like "i just have to pull through to get to the weekend". they usually laugh and think i'm kidding, but a bit of reassurance helps.
