WTF is a coach en images? (That’s an easy one to translate but just in case: Image coach).
And what format? JPG, PNG or she’s bold enough for PSD?

Exactly. I know her and that consists in judging your looks and telling you which colors suit you the most according to her. For example she likes breaking people into 2 categories : gold people and silver people. I have seen people get mad based on the category she assigned to them
