I love the idea of Picard telling this to Riker with a fully deadpan delivery. That would be his stuffy version of letting loose during a meeting.

The bartender says "get out, we don't serve your kind here."
A tachyon walks into a bar.
And he said "Hi stuck in a non-linear perception of time, I'm Dad."
That's such an excellent dad joke that I now have two additional children. 
I just told this to my dad and he looked exactly like Riker afterward.
