The Rules

Posts must be:

  1. Links to news stories from...
  2. ...credible sources, with...
  3. ...their original headlines, that...
  4. ...would make people who see the headline think, “That has got to be a story from The Onion, America’s Finest News Source.”

Comments must abide by the server rules for Lemmy.world and generally abstain from trollish, bigoted, or otherwise disruptive behavior that makes this community less fun for everyone.

And that’s basically it!

When Clickhole was under The Onion, they had a parody of InfoWars named PatriotHole. This is like a circle closing. Definitely the funniest news I read today, there's some justice in today's world!

Hey OP, I'm linking an archive site version so that there's no pay wall, can you include this in the post text so others can read it in full?

Through it all, InfoWars has shown an unswerving commitment to manufacturing anger and radicalizing the most vulnerable members of society—values that resonate deeply with all of us at Global Tetrahedron.

Saw someone else suggest they just cut together old clips to make him say whatever they want, I like all these ideas.

Wait wait wait. Can the onion legally use Alex Jones' likeliness? If so, AI Alex Jones saying funny ass shit would be awesome.
