There always has to be a debate. There are many details explained in the article.

Is this enough compensation

It seems part of the proposed law could be redundant.

Of course there will be people against it because they're homophobic but there will also be legitimate questions asked.

the people that make a case against stuff like this are some of the dumbest and sickest in the world, with an obnoxious and particularly stupid dog's understanding of morality (well ACHSKULLY it was Illegal then and you still wilfully and wantonly broke the law because you saw fit to thus the punishment was warranted!!)
