Not an Arabic saying. No one will say امتص ذكري, too formal and also the wrong verb tense. what we will say is مص زبي.

Good point. I can see maybe a contingent of Italian fascists being sent by the 4th Reich to try to fight China but getting murked long before they encounter Chinese resistence.
