He fell for a genderless, androgynous alien in TNG. I think he favors feminine beauty, but wouldn't say no if, say, Garek came along.
To be fair, the whole plot point is that their species appears androgynous, but they aren’t always. The one he falls for is explicitly female, which he noticed subconsciously, and comments on once she reveals that she is actually female.
So I’d say he so much into women he sniffed out the estrogen in a species that tries their hardest to appear genderless. The ultimate heterosexual.

I would guess Worf, but that might be it. Maybe Picard now that he's in the new show?
Worf has the most appearances by far. 284 + 4 films.
O'Brien has ~205 appearances across TNG and DS9.
Picard has 209 + 4 films across TNG, DS9 and PIC.
Ah so PIC is what put Picard over the top of O'Brien. So clearly we need a Star Trek: O'Brien series so he can be back on top lmao
