"War on Clean Energy" would seem like an impossible political platform to run on in 2024, but here we are. The U.S is exceptionally special, it seems. And I don't really mean that in a good way.

A lot of Americans care about national competitiveness — this gives them a reason to turn out and vote for policy they like.
I understand that, but in reality that money is not being lost by the rich but the hard worker. So to the wealthy business owners that back Trump, they don't care. They will still make their money and for the people that vote for Trump that will be hurt. They don't care, they are so lost in seeing Democrats as evil and subhumans that they are fine in hurting themselves in confusion as Pokemon says.
