I have a hard time watching combat sports now because of the consequences of head trauma along with how poorly compensated the fighters when the league is raking in money. Just feels so exploitative for a sport with such potential long term consequences on cognitive function. Wish these fighters were getting a better share and pension plans like the NBA players are thanks to their union.

I'm hoping eventually the current labor movement catches up with the UFC or at least antitrust.

All factors Strickland discusses aren't good for viewers or the sport.
