One Piece Animator From Toei Feels Undervalued After Remake Announcement
(www.animeexplained.com)
Anime; the one thing that gets us closer to each other and brings us together.
All spoilers must be tagged!
At the same time, no sane person can catch up how far it is now.
Yeah, and soon there'll be 2 OP series that no sane person can catch up on. I think the argument that the original's too long now doesn't hold up. Because after a while, the new one also is incredibly long and the same argument can be made again for yet another remake.
Not really. Look at FMA, nobody watches the old one.
Then OP become a chores at some point, due to some fight lasting dozen of eps where nothing is happening.
People will commit to a long series if they enjoy watching it.
Not the best example as the old FMA branched off into anime-only original content for it's second half. So Brotherhood is the only adaptation that covers the entire source.
