My brand new iPhone 15 appears to have a burn in issue with the status bar where it leaves behind a dark faded version of the icons there. (I just updated from IOS 17.0.2) is this normal?

I would need to see a photo, but it's not possible to burn in a screen in one day.

iPhone 15 runs an OLED screen.

OLED's CAN get burn in, but it generally takes running a device 24x7 for months.

It tends to fade a little over time and updates to the current battery percentage and it happens when I enter control center

Or close the status bar over a dark background
