Dang, these are actually really good costume ideas. I'm kinda thinking of what other more nebulous fears can be costumes now.

I mean, it's a showcase of misinformation - white supremacy is a pretty glaring front for that shit. Perfect match imo.
I agree that it's a very strong statement, but actual or facsimile symbols of hate are not appropriate costumes

There's a couple outfits and accessories I can think of.
Carrying a Google search for "Do vaccines cause autism?" with 9 links to scientific studies crossed out and an opinion article on Fox News circled and highlighted. Perhaps a Bible still in its shrinkwrap.
