Not a very big haul, but the symbolism is huge.
I'm not sure that "piss off Russia for no reason" symbolism is helpful. So much support from the West is gated behind "don't piss off Russia too much" that frankly this looks like a waste of the provocation budget.
It’s not for no reason. Russians are breaking transit agreements, and they only get a slap on the wrists
