The words you are looking for are "russian authoritarian propagandist". Technically not fascist, but just as reprehensible.
Hey, just as a heads up, "authoritarian" as a word is part of horseshoe theory and we don't take kindly to that here.
Also saying someone is "just as reprehensible" as a fascist seems pretty damn trivializing of how bad fascism is.
