I will never understand some memes. Okay so he's sort of making some kind of face. I have literally no clue what emotion is expressed or what anyone thinks is being expressed. He looks maybe slightly frustrated but I can't be sure. That's funny in some manner?

the original meme was a video that i took a screenshot of for lemmy that's why it's so awkward but to me that makes it funnier
