I haven't played No Man's Sky in a few years. I'm blown away that they're still releasing free major content. Did they add in game purchases or something? Or are they literally just offering everything for free once you've purchased the base game?
Yes but at the same time the price of the game hasn't dropped below a certain point so they're probably still earning a little bit off new sales.
I think this is them merging engine changes they're making for their new game though.
Meanwhile I paid $5 for a ps4 disc copy before they fixed it, so I think I got my money's worth. Digital has mostly hovered around $30 until recently though.
