Honestly, the people I knew in Texas were more clear eyed, even with all the oil money there.

I find it deeply ironic considering how intensely vulnerable Florida's cities and economy are.

Soon that will be underwater sand.

It’s too bad half of Florida is so stupid. There are some nice people and some nice places there. But overall, that state is fucked.

I know its a stereotype, but Texans just felt more pragmatic.

One physical example I saw is ranchers running wind turbines on the same land that hosts cattle and/or oil wells.
